The Service Portal is intended for watch-related support, warranty assistance, service requests, and customer care activities. Product images are based on actual products and may be enhanced for presentation purposes. All watches are imported and sold as new products. Specifications and information may be updated without prior notice.

Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and payments are accepted in INR. Displayed prices include applicable taxes where required. Free shipping is offered across India. Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange-rate, import, logistics, or supplier-cost changes. Orders affected by pricing errors may be cancelled.
Order Acceptance
Order placement does not automatically constitute acceptance. Orders are subject to verification, availability checks, fraud screening, and approval. Orders may be cancelled for fraud, policy violations, or stock unavailability. Eligible cancelled orders will receive a full refund.
Payment Terms
Payments may be accepted through UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD, and selected cryptocurrency options. COD orders may require advance payment. If payment is deducted but the order is not created, Kyros World will investigate and process refunds where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through partners such as Delhivery, India Post, and Shiprocket. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days and delivery may take up to 14 days or longer in remote areas. Incorrect addresses provided by customers may limit liability. Lost or damaged shipments may be refunded or replaced after verification.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition with packaging, stickers, warranty card, accessories, tags, and invoice intact.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after successful inspection.
Warranty Policy
Eligible watches include a 2-year limited warranty administered by Kyros World, including up to two complimentary services and one replacement benefit, subject to inspection and approval. Customers can raise service requests through the service portal.
Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage and normal wear & tear are not covered.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation within 7 days subject to order status and verification. Orders may be cancelled by Kyros World for fraud, abuse, repeated fake orders, or verification failures. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, images, content, graphics, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Kyros World.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Kyros World is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Force majeure events are excluded from liability.
Privacy & Data Usage
Kyros World may collect names, email addresses, and phone numbers for business operations. Customer data is not sold. Information may be stored in business systems and used for support, service, warranty administration, and communications.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India, except where higher courts have authority under law.
